Buildify is now Rehost again. We are returning to our earlier name as we expand into Canada, where another company already operates as Buildify. It is a different name, but the same company you know and love.
We want to explain why we made this choice, what it means for you, and where you can find us from here.
Why are we returning to Rehost?
As we grow into Canada, we want our clients to know exactly who they are working with. There is already a Canadian company called Buildify, which provides new and pre-construction real estate listings and data services.
We respect their established use of the Buildify name in Canada. Rather than carry that overlap into a new market, we chose to return to Rehost. This gives our company a clear identity as we welcome Canadian clients and continue serving the people who already work with us.
For a future client, a shared name can raise simple questions: Did I find the right website? Am I contacting the right team? Does this company provide the service I need? We want those answers to be clear from the first search to the first conversation.
Returning to Rehost is a practical step to avoid that confusion as we grow. The Canadian Buildify linked above is a separate company. Our app, website, and ongoing support work continues under Rehost.
A familiar name for the same company
Rehost is a name we are coming back to. If you knew us before Buildify, it may already feel familiar. If you first met us as Buildify, this is your introduction to the name you will see more often.
Behind that name is the same company and the same team. We still help you build, run, and care for your apps and websites. The relationships we have built with our clients continue with us.
We are grateful for the trust you have placed in Buildify. That trust matters just as much as we return to Rehost and begin this next chapter in Canada.
What changes for existing clients?
For all existing subscriptions, everything stays the same: your plan, price, billing schedule, renewal date, services, support, and current agreement. The only change caused by the rename is the business name you see on your monthly bill: Rehost instead of Buildify. Your subscription keeps running, and you do not need to take any action.
Your payment provider or bank may also show a processor prefix, a shortened name, or an older statement label. If you are unsure about a charge, contact the team so we can match it to your invoice.
You can still contact us through Buildify. If you send an inquiry here, the same team will respond as Rehost. You may also see Rehost on your bill. Our billing support page explains the names that can appear on your statement.
